Our first-time diving adventure with Flying Fish was absolutely incredible, thanks to Mario! He is not only a highly professional and patient instructor but also incredibly caring and humorous, making us feel safe and at ease throughout the entire experience. The dive itself was magical—we even encountered a crocodile in Casa Cenote! Mario went above and beyond, capturing stunning photos for us. He also explained fascinating details like stalactite formations and the cenote’s geology, and even shared fun insights into Mexican culture. This wasn’t just a dive; it was a life experience we’ll never forget. We couldn’t recommend Flying Fish enough—especially with Mario as your guide!

We went to the Casa Cenote and Dos Ojos, and saw a crocodile during the dive. Mario was our guide. He was patient, careful, professional, and yet fun! He had that big smile for everyone we met, we feel safe and relaxed diving with him. Highly recommended for everyone who would like to try Cenote diving

Jamie and his staff were awesome in accommodating our needs. My son is the diver, however I wanted to tag along. It was a last minute trip and Jamie worked with me to fine turn the details and arrange for a perfect dive master. They packed snacks, drove us to the location and I relaxed while they dove. The sun beams through the cave opening into the water was “ the most beautiful thing I have ever seen “ my son said. Bonus: There were zero languages issues!

We paid $800 pesos each for the tour. I was leery at first when told to swim in cenote #1 on our own. It’s small but clear water. Not much to see with a snorkel. But then the guide took us snorkeling in cenote 2 and the batcave. Omg. Fascinating. We saw bats in the ceiling and a tarantula. Note this is a totally closed cenote except for a small opening in the bat cave ceiling. Not for the claustrophobic as you have to navigate very low ceilings and a couple of super narrow passageways but we loved it. And the snorkel distance is fairly far so I feel we got our moneys worth given that everything here is overpriced.
